  Synthetic Yarn and Fabric Association (SYFA) (Textile Industry Association) Based in Lyman, SC, the Synthetic Yarn and Fabric Association (SYFA) is a non-profit organization comprised of individuals affiliated with the synthetic yarn and fiber industry. Representation in the association includes fiber producers, texturizers, staple yarn manufacturers, fabric producers for apparel, automotive, upholstery, and industrial markets. SYFA members also represent a wide variety of organizations, including raw material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, universities, and service providers related to the industry. The SYFA mission is to support the production and continued advancement of synthetic yarns and fabrics through technology and education and to promote both existing and new uses for these quality materials.
