WELT

The welt can serve as a self-knitted trim pattern on a knitted garment. The construction of the welt is programmed into the knitting machine, and is a variation of the rib knitting process. The creation of this raised row or band of stitches forms a stripe, or a raised/tucked ridge on a knitted garment or on a knitted collar. The welt can be further emphasized as a trim on the garment by using contrasting yarn colors for the welted area.

ZYIA - Item - 3524 - Men's Navy Clubhouse Trainer Pant 36
Though we gave them the precisely tailored look of dress slacks, these pants are anything but stiff and scratchy. We built them from a highly-breathable, quick-drying technical fabric that has the look of a wool weave and the feel of silk. With a hidden, soft elastic waistband that wicks sweat and the pants adapt to your movements.
