Mark the position of the triangle. Bring the needle up through the lower left corner, with knot on the wrong side. Put the needle through the upper point, making a stitch.
Bring the needle down the lower right corner, and bring it through to the left corner again.
Continue to make stitches close together, always passing the needle from right to left.
