ExOfficio clothing incorporates some of the most advanced clothing technology around, most introduced by ExOfficio. Started in 1987 by Rick Hemmerling & Joe Bolden, who attended a fishing show and listened to fishermen describe the type of shirt they wished they had, and then created their Baja shirt. Since then, ExOfficio's clothing lines were created by continuing to listen to the needs of adventurers of all types.

EXO Dri Clothing is made from a micro blend of natural & synthetic materials, and is moisture wicking, quick drying, with a FreshGuard odor resistant finish. Other innovations include clothing with built in UV protecton and clothing with Buzz Off™ insect repellant, shown to be a safe & effective at keeping mosquitoes, flies, ticks, chiggers, midges & ants away.
